I am assuming you mean still life. First you want to make some kind of arrangement, whatever objects you wish to draw. Then you adjust the lighting, you want the most dramatic look possible to bring out the drawing. Then you study it. Look for every shape possible. When you start drawing, remember to draw the shapes first and draw them very lightly. I prefer using a 2h lead pencil if possible. Slowly add details to the shape and also start draping in the shadows (this is why lighting is so important) continue building the details until your drawing takes shape. Remember to take your time and have fun. I hope this helps
