How Do U Make The Mexican Pizza?

Mexican Pizza is one of the most delicious kind of Pizza that you can make at home. The best thing about it is that you can experiment with other mexican ingredients as per your liking. Here is one of my favorite recipes for Mexican Pizza.

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  
• 4 (6 inch) corn tortillas
  
• 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  
• 8 tablespoons sour cream
  
• 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  
• 1 pound ground beef
  
• 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
• 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
  
• 2 green onion, chopped
  
• 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
  
• 1/2 avocado, diced
  
• 1 tablespoon black olives, sliced

Recipe:

Heat the refried beans in a saucepan. Then take a large skillet and brown the ground beef, also stir in the seasoning packet. Then Preheat your oven to 350 degree F or 175 degree C. Take another skillet and heat some vegetable oil inb it. Place a corn tortilla in the skillet. Flip it over after 15 seconds and let the other side fry for 15 seconds as well. Fry the rest of the tortilla's in the same manner and drain on paper towel. Arrange these torilla on a cookie sheet. Spread over a thin layer of beans, then a layer of beef and cheese. Bake it for 20-30 minutes. Slice the tortilla's into wedges once they are baked. Garnish with sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, chiles, avocado and olives.
