Girls generally hit puberty between ages 9 and 16.
Some are late, some are early.

Don't worry to much about it, you will not enjoy it when it comes anyway... My sisters got theirs early 9-10, and a friend of mine got it late 19, and I was kinda in the middle at 12. Have you talked with your parents about your concern for not getting it yet? Maybe a trip to the doctor to prove nothing is wrong is what you need.
