Why Does Pulse Rate Decrease With Age?

    It doesn't in all humans.  It depends on the person and how active they are.  Good luck.

      Because to measure your maximum heart rate you do, 220-your age.. The older you are the lower you maximum heart rate is, therefore affecting your resting heart rate aswell, because if i was 80 years old, my max HR would be 240, standard resting heart rate is 60-80 BPM the closer that is to your max HR the more prone to heart attacks you would be.
