Oral swab tests can only detect cocaine 24-48 hours after use.

I know crack can test positive for cocaine by a mouth swab 6 days after a small amount  of usage

A friend of mine failed a mouth swab test close to 10 days after not using, granted he was a heavy user, and weighed around 180 lbs and 5'5, but it can stay up to 10 days, light use is more on the 48-96 hour side. Put it this way, if its still in your blood, its still in your saliva and urine.  Urine is a byproduct of blood toxin elimination, and toxins from the blood also come out in saliva and sweat.  Personally, i would use a 7-10 day time range just to be on the safe side.

Traces of any drug can be detected for up to 6 months after usage
