There is a popular skin infection the affects the elderly in the adults care community, there is a medicine call sasna or something like that to treat it because it itches, sometimes it gets infected I used to buy it for my mother and take it to nursing home it took care of the ichting and the infections, can you find out what is the name of this infection?

I think you are not spelling properly. There is no medicine like sasna. In nursing homes, old peoples are more prone to get a type of scabies called infantile scabies. This infection cause severe itching leading to infected lesions. This type is also present in children.
