Does The United States Have A Responsibility To Become Involved In Conflicts Abroad?

Answer Question

No, we don't have to but if we don't, we wont get oil or things imported from the countries being picked on. In my opinion we should let them kill each other and we'll get the stuff for free. Only if nuclear weapons or biological warfare are involved should we step in for the sole purpose of protecting america. They don't want us there and never appreciate our help. Why isn't irac self sufficient by now? Because they want us to baby sit them. They haven't made any effort to take responsibility for their own country. Those people and the people of the countries surrounding irac know where every cave is but yet we can't kill bin laden. I know we have the brains and technology so why isn't the taliban wiped off the face of the earth? I think your question will open a huge can of worms.
