    The Pulmonary Veins carry oxygenated blood from lungs to the heart.

    RULE OF CIRCULATION:

    Arteries carry blood AWAY from heart
    Veins carry blood TO the heart

      If by "part" you mean, which vein or artery, then yes, pulmonary vein. As stated above, veins carry blood TO the heart. Pulmonary means "lung".
