Dont be so stupid! If you live in the UK i refer your attention to the dangerous dog act of 1991.

If you live in Australia they are actually a banned breed! I'm thinking that people like Sean who want these dogs to attack might be a big reason behind the banning of this breed!!!

It is not a good idea to do that! If your dog attacks someone in the US, they will put it down. Also, if you have small kids in the house it might seriously injure or even kill them! Have you never seen the news!

I think you will find that your dog is naturally inclined to defend you and your house. Hopefully you will never see this behaviour because you will never be attacked. But if you are unlucky, your dog will pitch in for you without encouragement. Training to attack will make the dog dangerous, because it could mistake a sound or an innocent gesture for the "attack" command. This is why army dogs are put to sleep when they retire - they cannot be safely rehomed after being taught to attack people.

Training pit bulls to attack is the reason why these dogs have earned the reputation of being dangerous dogs. If you were to train your puppy to attack, how could you ever be certain that your dog would never attack a child, or your neighbor, or yourself. How about training your dog to be friendly, obedient, and a credit to its ancestry. Maybe someday the breed will again enjoy the good reputation it once had and you will be one owner who can take credit for helping a noble breed.

Listen to these people. They are not lying to you. If you train them to attack, one day they may decide you are not alpha anymore and seek to challenge you... You .... Or one you care about, will lose.

What do you want to be convicted of murder? Regardless of your reasons for wanting a killer attack dog...in the eyes of the law, that dog is considered a lethal weapon. What possible reason could you have for having an attack dog anyway? Duh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have someone the dog doesn't know but you do come up to you and the dog and say watch him and if he barks give him a treat if he doesn't then have your friend that the dog doesn't know hit him with a newspaper in the nose not too hard though you doesn't want to damage his nose
