Yes, there is a course called PGDM not better than but they can say it equal to MBA. The main reason is that PGDM course has more industry exposure than MBA.
Because of the following reasons:
1. Flexibility of syllabus according to industry needs and also up to date.
2. Do more live projects than MBA
3. Do one or more specialization, since the way to flex themselves according to industry asks them
4. Do attend more training programmes for fast moving in the cadre of the carrier
Also, the trend is changing. Now the Colleges which is offering MBA going for PGDM because of its flexibility and more industry exposure.
