Flexeril contains cyclobenzaprine and is used as muscle relaxant. The half life of cyclobenzaprine is 1-3 days. It means it will take 2-6 days to get out of your body. But this is related with healthy kidney. As it is long acting drug, it will take long time for elimination. As your test is after 3weeks, on that time the single dose of this drug will not be available in body. But it can stay in hair follicles for 100 days.
