Diarrhea after meals is one of the symptoms of IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome). So, you should visit a gastroenterologist for IBS investigations. Bowel problems especially fatty stool can also be one of early symptom of pancreatic cancer. Although pancreatic cancer can be inherited but you first get investigation for IBS and then pancreatic cancer.

Sounds like IBS to me too, and I have it... They will most likely test your pooh, and want to do a colonoscopy which is a painless outpatient procedure where the put a camera up your bottom. Then once they rule out cancer they put you on meds that can help the frequent going.
