This Question Is Answered:
 What Is Your Favourite Quote?
Please share your favorite quote here, and maybe why it is your favorite or any story behind it. One of my favorites is, "When I was a child, I spake as child, I understood as a child, and thought as a child, but when I became a man, I put away childish things." It reminds me of how as adults we are asked to put aside childish ways, yet may remain wonderfully childlike in our spirit.

Em.... My favourite quote would have to be....the one from coach carter

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

"The way to write American music is simple.

All you have to do is be an American and then write any kind of music you wish."

- Virgil Thomson.

I really love those quote because I felt it was very true. In America you can find pretty much any style of music being brewed.
As an artist myself, I always put my music under experimental, because I never know what genre of music I get a craving to write for!
