Take it into pc world and they can get rid of it there. Thats what i did and noe my computer is working fine :D

You should download and install a good anti virus software like Avast, AVG, Avira, Mcafee, Norton.
You should update it and scan whole computer.
Spyware is also a virus but some difference, therefore spyware cannot remove with common antivirus software. You should install spyware removal tools to remove it like Malwarebytes, super anti-spyware, Hijack, spybot.
You should scan your computer in Safe Mode.
Restart the computer and press F8 and select Safe Mode.
You should update antivirus or spyware removal tools regularly to save from virus in future.
