      Organization, politeness, able listener, fairness, honesty, discreetness, loyal, take-charge...my mom is all of these and this is her job too!

        Team leader should be humble,he should be able to handle changes,he should motivate the team ,he should create a positive atmosphere  .He should be patient ,he should be confident . Team leader should a vision.He should love to learn new things.He should ready to accept the mistakes etc.
