My Husband Fell Asleep With Rubber Bands Around His Testicles For 4 Hours, Will They Have To Remove Them?

*wide eyed, open-mouthed, in shock*  OMG!!! I cannot believe you put rubber bands around them. I can't believe he was comfortable enough to fall asleep with them on. Take him to the ER immediately!! Why are you even on here? GO!! This must be the craziest thing I've ever heard. I can barely even bring myself to TOUCH my husband's, as I know how sensitive they are, let alone put RUBBER BANDS around them. I am in total shock...

Lol, a lot of alarmism in the comments from complete shock. Basically take him to the ER if they are uncomfortable (like I would imagine they would be). At best, nothing damaging would happen, and it's fine. At worst, they were killed from lack of blood supply (but unless they're unnaturally black or blue, that didn't happen, so don't worry).

Cold doesn't matter nearly as much as the lack of blood supply. Remember tightening a rubber band around your finger in school? You finger beyond it turns a nasty blue AND gets cold? Same thing could go on here. Considering this happened 7 months ago, I'd say it's already resolved what happened, but if anyone else does this, and forgets to take them off (ouch), and the scrotum doesn't seem healthy looking or doesn't warm up, take him to the hospital to see what kind of repair needs to be done.

Take him to hospital and next time don't play sexual games if you can't be careful.

To avoid embarrassment I suggest you deal with the problem at home. A box cutter and rubbing alcohol should do the trick. Or you could not rubber band his balls in the first place, but I guess it's too late for that. Good luck.

I have to say that I know exactly how you feel. I did exactly the same thing and the result was I had to have my testicles removed. I have to take testosterone to keep my sex drive up, but the end result is incredible SEX!!!!
