This Question Is Answered:
Who Is A Good Company To Use To Streamline My Mortgage?
The last couple of years I had been struggling to pay my FHA loan. Thank God I've been able to get on track and about to make my 10th consecutive on time payment. Most companies want you to have been current for 12 months. When I get to 12 months who is a good company to use to streamline my mortgage? I'm at a fixed 9% now but want to get down to a 6.5% fixed. Any answers would be appreciated.

If you're looking for an early mortgage payoff option you should look into United First Financial.  They offer a money merge account program that will allow you to payoff your mortgage in about half of the time it would with a traditional mortgage.  The Money Merge Account system will help you reduce the principle of your mortgage which will in-turn reduce the interest on your loan.  This may be something for you to look into if you're wanting to lower your interest rate.  Not only will you lower your interest rate, but you'll  be able to pay off your mortgage a lot quicker.
