Can You Help Me With 1997 Gmc Jimmy Electronic Ignition Problem?
Won't start,no gauges,fuel pump will not run.

Hey Squackdog - Did that resolve your issue? I'm dealing with the same problems with my 97 Jimmy. It will crank, but in the position prior to cranking my dash will not light up and fuel pump isn't getting power, so the cranking doesn't do much good. :) Please let me know what resolved the issue.

If all your fusible links are good and the plug between your firewall and dash is getting power then your ignition switch is bad. Not the actual tumbler but the thing your tumbler is connected to.
