What Is The Difference Between Intelligent Design And Creationism?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

There is virtually little difference between intelligent design and creationism. Creationism per se was originally the idea derived from Genesis in Pentateuch. It suggests that the universe was created by God and Adam and Eve were the original humans who gave birth to the human race. However, where creationism is pretty straight forward and purported to be true by it's believers, the idea behind intelligent design is rather a half baked attempt by the apologetic believers that since the complexity of the universe could not have been a mere random occurrence then by assumption of causality all universe had been designed by an intelligence far greater than our own.
