How Can We Identify And Target Our Customers?

Find out what type of customers you are appealing to what type of business what type of service do you provide  what demographic are you interested in  ask yourself these questions first and i can help

Hire or bring in groups of people and ask them what they think of your product/service.....or run testing groups like the big 3 have,,,set up demos and ask people to use your product/service...since i don't know what you do then i can't suggest sending out free trial setups to see how potential customers will react to your service/product(basically word of mouth)....not to long ago my brother in law was asked to test out the new set up for the new  trucks and give his opinion on the placement and use of the interior........because different people look at products and their uses differently.....sort of like this computer i am on now i use it just for surfing the internet and not business like some people do and others use it for video/music production.....when i worked for my company we did trade shows in new york  at the jevic center....and when i did service calls i was at a plant that tested perfumes and shampoos and cosmetics on college students to see how it worked on them and how they liked each one of the products...just some examples of finding your target customer......
