No it does not. You are probably shedding your uterus lining, if the discharge is light. It could mean at the worst (only if it is very heavy and you start to have cramps, and it would be red so I don't think it is) a miscarriage. The chances are that you are not pregnant but you will have to take a pregnancy test to find out if you are or are not. Good luck and all!!!
