My dog has a rash or possibly bug bites. It almost looked like fleas, but they're red puffy bumps. I know he doesn't have fleas, because he is on medication for fleas. Also, I looked him over and he's deffinatly clean. However, he has at leas 20 or so of these "bites"

It is possible that he go into some ants. It is also possible that he is getting mange. If it is ants, they will heal on their own. If it is mange, it is a skin mite that is contagious to humans and will cause scabbies in humans. You can take motor oil and rub all over you dog let it set for about 10 minutes (making sure your dog doesn't' lick it) then bathe him with doggie shampoo. If it is mange, the oil will suffercate them. If they are little red bumps, I would be willing to bet he go into some ants.
