Can Someone Advise Some Good Tips For Junk Mail?

There are certain tips I can provide for junk mail which is one of the most irritating things for any person these days is receiving bulks and bulks of Junk mail. At times when a person is waiting for a very important email from a friend or a business colleague, we end up receiving a junk mail at our inbox.

The marketers or the companies sending out these advertisements have a mission of just sending out their information to bulk amount of people so they really do not care at times that your mail box is getting bombarded. However you can for sure use certain strategies to avoid these junk mails coming to you.

First thing is to opt out for advertising and e-newsletter option which might filter a huge amount of junk mail for you. This is an option which is required by companies to provide to customers as it has been build up by authorities. However, the companies are so smart; they still manage to send out advertisements to people.

You should contact companies that stop you from receiving junk mail and register with them. This can help you from receiving a lot of un necessary junk mail thus relieving your mail box.

If you are still receiving these mails, the best option is to always delete them from your mail box and empty your bulk mail. Always ignore the mail and do not even open them. If you open them, marketers can trace down that you went through their mail and thus it will motivate them to send you more advertisements in the future.

Always remember not to give your email address to the websites you visit only, because once you make that mistake your email address will be distributed to a lot of other companies as well.

In addition to my regular email address, I have a junk email address, which is basically an extra decoy email address that I use for companies, subscriptions, un-personal, and the like.  Whenever I start a new service with a company, I give them this address first.  Then, when I see they are trustworthy (don't send junk), I change my email address on file to my personal one.  

For my junk email address, I simply don't open ANY mail I don't recognize immediately.  As mentioned above, people can track if you open the mail or not, so it is important NOT to open potential junk, or you will get more.  

NEVER unsubscribe.  Usually, it is just a way to confirm if your email address is real.  Instead, simply use your email server's built in junk mail feature to flag messages from regular senders.

Always delete the junk mail by pressing empty ..no need to read it .you have to apply filter on the mail.

Yes, you will have to do some hard work before you get rid of them , because many junk mails are automatically generated , in this case or any other you should write a small note to all those places from where the junk mail is coming or just mark them as junk mail and delete your junk mail box once a week.
