You can connect your phone into computer with usb cable. After connect a drive letter appear on My computer. You can open it and select which one you want to upload. Copy and paste that photos.
You can also send photos from phone through the blue tooth. You must need a blue tooth device which is connect to the computer and blue tooth options must be available on your phone.

I opened the folder on my computer that said phone, and it showed nothing but dev logo. I have stuff on there but it aint showing it, and I can't get the pictures off of it.
It's not that hard :) I had the same problem and I'm 14 going on 15 and I have the same phone. All you have to do is go to the picture and go to its options and send it via message. You send the message to one of your email addresses on your computer and then save the picture onto the computer :D
