People at different economic levels, live differently and often have differing lifestyles and habits. There is a stricter code of etiquette for the rich, and they are trained from youth to know and adhere to these customs. People in a lower socioeconomic class, are less strictly schooled in the social niceties, and have a wide variety of customs and lifestyles. So those with more money, socialize with people in their class mostly, and likewise for those with low income lifestyles. When and if boundaries are crossed misunderstandings can arise, because of the differences in the cultural norms.
