There are a good number of buses that service the Victoria area. The closest railway / underground stations are Victoria (about a minute away) and St James Park. You can also get off at Westminster, Pimlico, Green Park or Vauxhall which are just a walk or short bus ride away.

For cyclists the building does have visitor parking (and shower/changing facilities) available by prior arrangement through your host and the building manager. Currently there is no car parking available for staff or visitors.
