    The Crime fiction or creative writers association are pleased to broadcast 6 June 2007 the short-list for this year's Daggers - the important honours that rejoice the extremely most excellent in crime and suspenseful story writing in 2007.

    This is the second time of the Dagger - previously the CWA gold Dagger for fiction or creative writing - by a reward of pounds 20,000. This is at present the major prize for crime creative writing in the world. Duncan Bank as well support the Duncan worldwide Dagger for the most excellent crime work of fiction interpreted into English, by pounds 5000 going to the writer and pounds1000 to the interpreter.

    Whether a few of these writers succeed the popular daggers will be exposed on 5th July, when the CWA and DLD awards will be offered at a black tie banquet at the stylish Hotel in London. The occasion will start by a drinks welcome in the Oak and languished rooms went after by banquet in the ballroom. Guest of respect will be Bob Marshall a member of British parliament.
