Some people do not like kissing on the lips for different reasons, some because they find this to be a total commitment to the person they are kissing and they are not ready for a full commitment. Some for health reasons, it could be many reasons, only that person knows for sure. I have a few friends who do not kiss, it seems strange to me, but that is their preference. Take care.
