What Is The Latin To English Translation For "I'm Doing The Best I Ever Did"?

I am getting a tattoo and I would like it in Latin, but can't figure out the translation on my own.

    EGO sum effectus optimus ego Festinatio umquam perfectus.  

    That's as close as i can get. It means:
    I am doing the best i Hast ever done.


    The word HAVE doesn't translate nor does DID
