Can I Pay A Credit Card With Another Credit Card?

No!!!!!!!!!! If you could you could run up a debt on one card take out another to pay the first one,run up debt on that one,take out another and on and on.you need funds in a bank to pay the amount spent on the card once a month or at the least the interest every month[which is still good because your not ebbing away at the actual debt]. The card company collect the money through your account .debit cards are far more sense ,you can spend on your card with out going in the red. You just check you balance before hand.
