How To Study Efficiently?
My Exams are near and this time more tough! I want to know what will help me gain more marks?

First be organized with your homework. Have a system that works for you. Then when you study, clear your mind of what other things you would rather be doing. Start on one subject; if you need a break take a 5 minute break and get back to it or change subjects for awhile. Only use study groups if they are actually studying. Talk to the experts...your teachers. They should have hours that they are available for you to ask questions.

- First of all remove any thing distracting around you e.g., T.V Remote, Your gaming console, Including those fun moments that can distract you etc
- If you are having tuition classes its O.K But if not then do try for group studies in weak subjects before exams.
- Clear any thought related to any show, sport, other outdoor activities etc till exams.
- If school/college teacher is available during vacations, before exams, then do go to them to clear any confusion creating topics.

I would also suggest to schedule a time every day when you plan on studying. If you actually write it down in your calendar, you will be less likely to blow it off when other plans come up. Also, having all of your study materials in the same place will keep you organized, and it will be less stressful if you don't have to go searching for everything.
Hope this helps!

Get together with someone else taking the exams. And ask each other questions. I found the more questions i ask the more i absorbed!

I have also found that if I put the information down on index cards that this helps me to study. Write the question on the front and the answer on the back.
This is accomplishing two goals: First you are writing it, which might help you to remember it. Second, you will now have them to flip through to ask yourself, or have someone else to ask you the questions. This also works great with vocabulary words.
*You can also type the information and glue or tape the printed material onto the index cards.
*Another option is to use the index cards for pictures/diagrams (these can also be cut out and glued on) on one side and the answer on the other side.
*These are great to take along with you and to pull out anytime you have a minute or two that you could use to be studying.
Good luck!
