    Capital of the company is divided into smaller units.Each unit is called share.
    Debenture includes debenture stock, bonds, term finance certificate and any other securities other than a share of the company.
    Shareholder is the owner of the company and have the right to take the part of profit out of total profit of the company according to the number of shares.while the person who hold the debenture is creditor of the company.and company pay interest on the amount payable.
