    Conflict due to frustration occurs when some need, powered by drive, is blocked to achieve goal or fulfillment. A person may show following defensive actions to confront with this frustration, aggressive, withdrawal, fixation, and compromise. Goal conflict occurs when a person in motivated positively or negatively for two goals. Either he will be approaching or avoiding that goal. On the basis of these following three of goal conflict may categorized. Approach, where the individual is motivated to approach two or more positive but mutually exclusive goals, Avoidance, where the individual is motivated to approach a goal and at the same time avoiding it, Avoidance, where the individual is motivated to avoid two or more negative but mutually exclusive goals.

    Interpersonal conflict, this conflict occurs when two person are interacting or coming into a relationship. Source of interpersonal conflict are personal differences, information deficiencies, role incompatibility, environmental stress. Intergroup behavior occurs whenever individual belonging to one group interact, collectively or individually, with another group or its members in term of their reference group identification.

    Interacting and overlapping roles come into being when organization is designed in interdependent manner. This overlapping often results in conflict. Structural conflict can be analyzed as per following structural positions and pressures.
