I guess you are talking about the Jump stretch Band. It is exercise equipment produced by Jump stretch Inc. I can tell you a simple way you can use these bands at home to exercise. They are a lot of fun too. First, attach the bands to every part of a door knob. You can use just one band, but it is better to use both. Then, place a foot through each band and walk out so that you create some tension in the bands. Take the push up position and lean forward. The bands will help your feet stay off the ground as they drag backwards. You should try and lean forward as much as you can.
