You have to hold the sleep/wake and home button for 10 seconds and when the apple logo shows up you have rosetted your ipod

Connect The IPod to the ITunes you used primarily and click "restore" then restore it to it's factory settings, it will delete all files, unfortunately...Xxx
Or You can connect it to the primary ITunes and then disconnect it, It should unlock...XXX
