Cat's are very different from dogs and other animals; you have to earn their trust, attention and affection. Make sure to speak to the cat in a soothing tone all the time, animals can sense a lot from the tone of your voice. Let the cat warm up to you don't try to force a relationship against its will, he/ she will come around eventually. Cat's usually aren't easily traumatized; however, switching homes can be somewhat traumatic depending on the cat's personality so give it time; and number one BE PATIENT – Once the cat adjusts you'll have a new best friend. :) Good luck!

Just to take care of her as much as you can. Provide her clean and pure environment and provide her clean and healthy food. Be friendly with her.
