Am I Being Discriminated Against At Work?

I drive a company vehicle and a phone number is listed on the back door along with the words "How's my driving?" A person called and complained about my driving and I was immediately given a written warning and put on probation. One week later another employee had a complaint for a similar incidence and was not written up. (we are the same race and the same sex.) The day after that complaint, another employee was at fault for an accident and was not disciplined for this action. Is this discrimination? What can I do?

The law is equal for all. It has no distinction of race, color, cast or creed. From your statement it looks you are discriminated and you have every right to complain to the disciplinary committee. Write an application to ask reason for not warning other employees on the same charges on which you were warned. I hope this way you will get the justice.
