I am going to say proactive. I know i know..its the one that EVERY one uses...  but it so works. It makes your skin feel so good and it really really does work.

I would suggest Neutrogena non alcoholic facial cleanser it works excellently on dry skin

The face cream that I use, and is extremely helpful, is Pond's Dry Skin cream.  They have cream that can be used just for the day, the night, etc.  I use a blue colored one.  ITs not too expensive, about $4 per bottle, and it works great.  it can also be used as a body cream.  hope this helps!
