    Moved to small town in Florida after home foreclosure...can't find work after 2 months of looking...put down first, last and security deposit on one year lease, offered a job 200 miles away....can I break lease and retain deposit?

    If you let the landlord know that you are moving out of state for work, most will let you out of the lease but may keep the security deposit
