How Do I Deal With A Drunken Violent Person?

I suppose this depends on the circumstances.  One needs to ensure that you are clear with your behaviour.  If you and your friends or family can walk away, then do that.  There is no need to stick around this kind of person.  Obviously, on occasion, we may get cornered by this drunken person behaving aggressively.  You have nothing to lose by simply agreeing with them and trying to extricate yourself as quickly as possible from the situation.

If you feel particularly strongly that this person might pose a threat to someone else, call the police.  They are marvels at dealing with drunks and if they come aggressive, they get into trouble.

If you know the person, it is still best to back away and off and just get away from them.  Their logic is impaired and the worst of their personality is coming up,  It's best to avoid that person from now on.

Call the police immediately and dont have a bad behavior with him, call 911 (police)
