These regions comprises of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. It extends from Upper Michigan, to majority of Wisconsin, and parts of Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky.
