I Have A Very Outgoing Personality, I Like To Be Able To Help Others. But I Want To Be Able To Keep Myself Up. Im Also Not Extremely Patient While Leveling So I Was Wondering What Would Be The Best Race/Class Combo For Me?

If you haven't already started, I would say be a Pally or a Druid.  Both classes are extremely strong, can heal themselves, can resurrect others, heal others well, put out respectable damage and take large amounts of damage (depending on spec.)  I've played both and they are both fun and can be very independent classes or help others easily.  Race - Pally go Blood Elf, for Druid go Tauren.  Unfortunately you don't have a choice for Horde until the expansion comes out.  I like Horde better as they are seemingly the "Underdogs" but play whichever you enjoy looking at the most.
