    The home stadium of the Westham United Football Club is known as Boleyn Ground. This name is the official name for the Upton Park. The ground is also known as Upton Park, The Foundry, The Castle, Green or Mean Street. The stadium was built in the year 1904 and was also opened for the team to train in the very same year.

    The capacity of the stadium is around 36,000. The size of the pitch laid in West Ham Stadium is 112 X 72 Yards. In the year 1993 the South Terrace of the stadium was replaced by a two tier seat with a capacity of 9,000, the stand was named after the legend Bobby Moore. Currently the management is working on the plans submitted to them to increase the capacity of the stadium to 45,500.
