Yeah, but I am willing to bet you don't think that, or even CARE about that when you are eating chicken for dinner. It's always some tree hugging, uneducated, pot smoking HIPPIE that has to comment with stupid remarks like that.
Chicken coops are usually quite large and allow chickens to roam around FREELY, as well as have access to an outdoor "flight pen", even though chickens only fly when scared and when they know they can not out run whatever is chasing them. A chicken CAGE may be small, but again, I am willing to bet you do NOTHING about that when you are eating eggs for breakfast or while eating your chicken burrito for dinner! Coops are not always small, cruel or confined spaces. CAGES are that way. Maybe if you knew what a chicken coop actually was, you'd have written a better definition.
