If An Employer Is Constantly Ignoring Employees Ideas, It The Fault Of Employee What Should He Do?

If the employer mis treats an employee, like not taking note of his ideas and taking the other employee's ideas who is much more junior than him. What should he do.

    Your explanation puts another spin on your question.  What you describe is hardly mistreatment.  Just because someone has seniority doesn't means his ideas are better.  I know how frustrating it can be.  The employer should acknowledge all ideas presented to him.  He should tell the employee why his ideas haven't been implemented.  If that doesn't happen, the employee should find out why - through the chain of command.  Never stop contributing ideas.

      Hi no I don't think so, as the employer can ignore his employee if he doesn't accept an employee's ideas so sometimes it's not the false of employees, it depends on many reasons that are not good or not suitable for what he want to do, of course, he can ignore but not always the false of employees.
