Will I Receive The Stimulus Rebate If My Child's Father Is Behind In Child-support Payments?
I am trying to find out if I will qualify for the tax rebate, my child's father is $5,000+ behind in child-support payments. I did not file taxes last year. I understand however, in order to qualify for the tax rebate, filing taxes is a must.

If you did not file taxes for 2007 then no, you won't get a rebate. I believe though that you can do a late filing or even claim the "credit" on next years taxes. Check irs.gov and they have lots of answers there- specific about the rebates.
