Is the other hamster she lives with a male hamster? She is probably pregnant if the other hamster is a male. When the babies are born, separate the female hamster from all other hamsters. Do not disturb her or she will reject the babies. Keep feeding her and keep the cage clean. Baby hamsters will start to eat on their own a few days after they are born. I've fed mine wheat germ (found at the grocery store, near the flour section, or the health foods section). Baby hamsters eat A LOT. Good luck!
