Well there is no hard and fast rule of counting the cadence because every person has its own style of cycling so whenever the person continue to cycling he can measure the cadence of the cycle very easily. If you are cycling in a slow then it is easier to measure the cadence as you are cycling fast. So when you go for the cycling you can start the cadence when you complete one dial so this is the way you can count the cadence during the cycling. Well you can multiple the cadence with the distance covered then you will be able to know that how much you have cadenced during the cycling in a specific distance so this is the only way you can find the total number of cadence when you are cycling so it is very easy to measure a cycling cadence in a average speed.

However you may not get the exact result however you can try the probability concept if you are really want to count the cadence of your cycling. You may found the near about result.
