If you shy away from situations this will increase anxiety the next time a situation comes up. Take deep,slow breaths to get oxygen in to your blood ,this will help. Keep pushing yourself forward over any fears that you have either little by little or head on .if things get to much step away gather your thoughts .try again when your ready.i used to suffer panic attacks and fear confrontation until i was physically sick .be sure of yourself,at the end of the day were all equal its the paths you take in life that reach your goals.
