First of all is it a Large breed or Small breed? And then it could possibly be a Hemo tumor (cancer) or it could be a Fatty tumor (benign/Non-cancer). You should get her to the Vet ASAP!!! Sounds as so it could be extremely painful. Hope the baby is ok.... Keep us all informed of her well being.
